Hmm only has 3.5 stars. 
With the new feature of AirPods being used as hearing aids, this could be an option to wear them longer than the 6 hours of runtime per charge

Trust me, nobody who needs hearing aids will be going around with this thing. Not since the point of aids is to be basically unnoticed.
