Andreas here with the winery. I hope you are all ready for summer to begin as these wines are perfect for the season.
Our Riesling is off dry with a touch of sweetness, but don’t let that fool you, this wine is dynamite with spicy cuisine. Thai, Mexican, or Asian fare come to mind.
For those of you who love Indian food, the Gewurztraminer is awesome. The wine has floral and exotic spice characteristics that marry very well with Indian and Chinese food. However, it is also wonderful for pairing with a honey baked ham or oven roasted Turkey. This wine is finished dry so it loves those subtle flavors and spices.

This looks interesting. I’m looking for some whites for the summer. Nothing super sweet…but flavorful. Would these be what I’m looking for?
Not a chard or umm Chablis so this might be the one! 
A flyer for me, but I’ve liked other CB offers, and a workmate likes Rieslings.
