Mine came in and the retractors inside the package looked okay but the package itself looked like it’s been used. I’ve emailed customer service about returning it because this definitely doesn’t look like a new product. The bag was Ziplocked but not sealed and the label was barely hanging on. Overall the bag looks worn.
Already emailed customer service. I’m sure they’ll take care of it.
