This is a thermoelectric cooler, not a refrigerator. Don’t expect anything more than slightly cooler or slightly warmer than room temperature.
Yes, useful for some limited applications but not a general cooling system. Also, despite the idea of “miraculous electronic cooling” they are actually not very energy-efficient, and have a long history dating back to at least the space program. I have a few using this from promos or older clearance deals, including a video game theme one part of a limited edition… but would generally avoid them.
