Learn from My Mistake…
Make sure that the switch you receive is the SF200-24P. Order one in April in anticipation of adding POE cameras. Got my cameras this week. Plugged in and went to configure…WOOT sent a SF200-24 without any POE ports.
Contacted Woot and told it was my misfortune (suck it up
- you have had it for more that 90 Days). Despite paying for the POE switch and having the wrong switch delivered - TOO BAD!
Done with Woot after 15 years!

I’ve been trying to figure out how to activate POE. Now I know why it isn’t an option. I hate getting screwed.
I’m sorry for the trouble. Make sure to reach out to Woot Customer Service. From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
