If it is dead, make sure you reach out to Woot! Customer Service.

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Somebody a while back suggested holding down the ON switch while starting to charge. The theory was that with a fully discharged battery there wasn’t anything to keep the machine on initially while it was supposed to start charging. Could be worth a try.

Received it but just now opened it! Have a recovery disc for windows 8.1 but no way to use it! Lol running on windows 7 and so far everything is working good!

Congrats. What are the specs?

Late 2013 model, 21.5 inch 8gb, 2.7, 1TB. Everything works so that’s awesome!

Congrats - seems like a few of us got lucky. Mine was an early 2013 Macbook Pro.

Funny I received the same thing, sent it back, awaiting a refund!
