Clorox Pool&Spa Concrete Vacuum Head

Kinda hoping to find one of these where I can attach one or more coiled-plastic scrubbies, enough to tuck a chlorine tablet in and be able to rub across black algae deposits - one of the few ways to KILL that stuff…

Back when I owned a pool, the pool company used pool acid with a hose attachment to spot treat places on the pool wall.

I think like this:

Useful stuff there… a guy at our pool store said one of the best ways to remove black algae (which protects itself with a shell of calcite or somesuch) is to rub it with a chlorine tablet. And that works a treat, until you get below the depth where a snorkle is any help… I’m inventive, figure I can kludge together a way to hold a tablet on the end of a pole and rub it across the entire surface…

Good luck. I’m so happy to no longer own a pool.
