Unfortunately, the only option they offered me was to return it. I’m disappointed. A partial refund ($10-$20) would be a much better option IMO. That would save Woot! the return shipping charges as well.
Update! Woot agreed with me and they have issued me a $20 refund. A much better solution IMO! Thanks Woot!

I’m so sorry about the problem you had with your item. Unfortunately, we do not have any replacements to send you. We have two options: (1) We can issue a partial refund in the amount of $10.00 and you keep the item, OR (2) We can issue an RMA with a prepaid return label and you can return it for a full refund. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

I got mine without a sidewall. I have emailed customer service and if their response is anything other than to send me the wall or credit my account by the $45 or so it would cost me to buy the wall at my local Walmart, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
This is woefully unacceptable. It’s fraud.
