I assume (yes, I know . . .) it is this one though the dimensions read differently. Not sure if the included stand is why the dimensions are different?

1500 watt , you better have a dedicated circuit… don’t plug in anything else on the circuit receptacle that this plugs into , unless you want to trip the circuit breaker

What is the actual height? Im guessing its adjudtable but 13 doesnt seem right at all.

Just got mine and it is good except it is missing the large plastic screw cap on piece that clamps the base to the pole…how do I get that piece? Box was sealed and in great shape, just 1 piece was missing and without it, every time I pick up the unit to move it, the base falls off of the pole.

Anyone know if there is a replacement remote control available anywhere in the universe that works with this heater? The heater works fine but the remote itself does not.
Yes i did and the email i recieved was less than inspiring as well as their communication being very slow. I am adding a screen shot.
i sent all the info and have heard nothing dispite repeated requests for a response as to if they even got my email.

Ugh. You can reach out to Woot! Customer Service for some options. We won’t have the part though. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
