What’s the different refurbish and recondition?.. Are they same…
A “factory reconditioned” item was returned, inspected, and restored to fully working condition by the original manufacturer or a certified partner. And the original manufacturer stands behind it with a warranty. It’s as close to new as you can get without technically being “new”.
Refurbished covers everything from buyers’ remorse returns and products whose defects have been repaired by the pros to damaged packaging and discontinued items. If you can accept their checkered past, refurbs have a lot of love to give.
Don’t know nuth’n 'bout no refurbs, but I does luvs me some Razer products. I haz a Black Widow Ultiamte gaming keyboard and 2013 Death Adder maus. They rocks.
Really, I like Razer products. True Story.

Tempted to pick up a set of the Snakebyte SB00696 units to use for Steam games that have controller support. My PC has Bluetooth on the mobo, any reason why these wouldn’t be great?
Razer hardware is decent. Good features, mediocre build quality. The worst part is that to take advantage of any of the special features you have to install their always-on always-connected spyware.
Razer products were justifiable back in the Synapse 1.x days. Now… I don’t know.
I tried something similar (Surface Pro 3, Steam, and a RedSamurai (GameStop) bluetooth controller) and while it works for DirectInput-supported games, many games these days support XInput (xbox-style controllers) to the exclusion of all others.
TL;DR: You will be jumping through hoops to get these controllers working with newer games, better off buying XInput controllers.
