This DOES NOT list as open box or used. Yet it arrived without the instructions or even a unit package box. Just a plastic bag. And it DOES NOT WORK. I made an appliance purchase before and the item didn’t work. Contacted customer service via email. Never got a response. will it be the same case this time?
Sorry for the problem. You should get a response from customer service in 24-48 hours. During peak periods, it can be longer.
