Anyone know how well this pot works on an induction top? Stainless is notorious for producing variable results depending on the actual metal content.
This item is NOT induction compatible.
Stainless Steel has different grades. Generally speaking, only 400 series stainless steel are magnetic. Those are the only ones that are induction compatible. However they are also the most rust prone out of all of them. Manufacturers generally put them on the bottom of the cookware only, to make them induction compatible.
