Confirm purchase for Warranty

This is a weird thing to ask, but I got a pair of Microsoft Surface Headphones.
I’m trying to get Microsoft to honor the 1 year warranty but they are telling me that woot isn’t a “valid retailer”. (I sent a pdf of the invoice)
Is there anyway to verify a purchase with the manufacturer or something? Super weird and I’m not sure how to handle this.

Reach out to Woot customer service and tell them everything you’ve tried. Show them the text of the email from Microsoft. They may have some options.

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

So far the only information woot customer service has been able to give me is to show them the invoice for my purchase . . . which is what I sent Microsoft and they determined this was not valid.

Drat. Ok. I’m talking with the CS manager. She’s going to email our vendor for help. Hang tight.
