Has anyone had to contact Woot for a defective product? I’ve been trying for approximately 2 mos. now without a response. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks
Have you checked the spam in your mailbox?
Also check to make sure the email address you’re using matches the one Woot has on file in your account.
Hi there. Our replies from our CS system automatically go to the email address on your Woot account. Looks like that account is different than the one you mentioned in one of the emails to CS.
Let me ping my CS co-worker and ask them to reach out to you at your new email address.
In the meantime, pls update the email address on your Woot! account.
