Great question since this price is the normal price range for the 20" version.
The original markdown price is that of the 28" wedge. I bought the 28" off Woot awhile ago @ $149.95. After 4 back surgeries and now currently recovering from 6th foot surgery this has been worth every penny. Buying a second one for my cabin. I have it set up on a Tempurpedic twin xl memory foam topper on my very wide and long Lazy Boy couch.
