Has anybody else ordered this shirt? I bought this along with several other shirts during a recent promo. The other shirts were decent, but the print quality on this design was trash. I’m not sure if it was a printing error or this design not transferring well with how Woot is printing shirts, but this looks like a wish or temu version of the shirt in the picture. Most of the background details on the shirt are completely gone and replaced with a black blob. I’m pretty sure the colors were printed out of order with the dark backdrop on top, or at least one color was entirely missing.
I’ll upload a picture later tonight. It’s a shame, since this is a cute shirt design too.
Sorry to hear that! This design launched back in 2023 and this is the first we’re hearing of a quality issue, so it sounds like it may have been a one-off printing error. If you can get a picture posted, that’ll give me a better idea of what went wrong and we can figure out how to make it right.
I took a few pictures, but background lighting made it a bit difficult since the print is fairly glossy. I can try to retake pictures in different lighting if it helps.
Two of the blues were just replaced with black.
This looks to be a combination of a few different things. Sometimes the printers print dark colors, like the dark blues in this image, darker than they are supposed to be, making them appear almost black.
I’ve adjusted the print files to make the colors a bit brighter, which should help prevent this from happening again.
The next step is to contact customer support and ask for a replacement to be sent to you.
