I know this is really late, but for future buyers… these are heavy and sturdy. I’ve bought thinner ones in the past and had them crack. These are now my go-to boards. The liquid catcher at the edges is nice and deep and the boards themselves are a pleasure to use. I don’t put them in the dishwasher because I’m gun-shy due to prior boards splitting (even though I didn’t put those in the dishwasher either!).
