Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 Ultimate Software w/2GB USB Flash Drive

Wait, can this work with Nikon RAW files? I’ve been searching for something reasonable that will let me edit photos from my D60.

I love Paint Shop Pro, use it almost daily here - and this is a most excellent price for the program - thanks! Still working XP here, but do anticipate having to move to Win7 one of these days and having this already will also ease moving over to that. Highly recommend this product. (Heck - given the flash drive that comes with it, this is incredibly reasonable - thanks!)

welcome to woot homeskillet.

This is great! When I use photo-editing software, I get the sensation of travelling through time in a Mini-Cooper, while singing “Alejandro” as a duet with Michael Jay Fox and skateboarding off to Podunk.

Good base program; most ought to have it and most won’t need anything else. It doesn’t really get much better than this price unless you buy a naked copy of the software, and even then not for less than $20. On the other hand, these aren’t going anywhere, but I’d say jump off the fence if you were already there in the first place.

Not that I’ve experienced.

It doesn’t infested with spyware!

As for me, Paint Shop Pro PHOTO will never be Paint Shop Pro.

I paid $90 for this about 18 months ago. It is just as complex and good as Photoshop. (I have that too.)

So this is a ridiculous price and I’d buy it if I did not already own the program.

Bonus Tip: There’s YouTube video tutorials on how to use its various features.

No it isn’t. It installs Protexis licensing which does run in the background and collects licensing info. There is a workaround for it that doesn’t disable the Corel software.

uhh…software

real seller on the internet these days

hey hey hey keep it clean here there are children lurking.

lol… there are web links out there somewhere that can be helpful.

review and ratings from cnet editor and users… http://download.cnet.com/Corel-Paint-Shop-Pro-Photo/3000-2192_4-10882294.html

Wooted this for $2 more a couple weeks ago…using the thumb drive for fast-boot.

Light learning curve on this…I’ve already figured out how to do some significant things.

Malwarebytes and Avast haven’t found anything wrong with it.

Happy Wooter here… (although the $2 cheaper thing makes me wanna go all “Better Off Dead” on Woot’s ass…)

In for 2.(I have my reasons, and y’all get to the next item that much sooner)

It’s a decent program. Good for adjusting photographs, nice for drawing. I’ve been using version 8(back when it was owned by Jasc) for several years, and about $20 is a good price.

Protip: you can copy the entire contents of the DVD to the USB drive along with your serial numbers and install from that.

If you don’t already have image manipulation software, this is a good entry-level program at a really good price. I know there are Paint.net and The Gimp out there for free, but they always rubbed me wrong.(for one thing, neither supports pressure sensitivity on a Wacom tablet, which is KINDA THE WHOLE REASON I GOT A WACOM TABLET!)

I’m not sure what a homeskillet is but I’m sure I don’t like it.

there are also oddly enough places to get this for free. the inter webs are the best.

http://www.gimp.org/ + http://ufraw.sourceforge.net/

Both free, I use them to edit photos from my D20. Gimp has a bit of a learning curve tho.

Corel bought out Jasc back in 2004 and promised to continue to support it as well as R & D - more info here:
