Purchase page says Corel PaintShop Pro X9 for PC/Mac (Key Card)" but specs says Windows only. Useless to me and my Mac. I want a refund!

Does anyone know how old of a version this is? I see Corel now names based on the year (so “2019” is now the current version). But I don’t know when they started that.

If this is only a year or two old, I might grab it. If it’s 5 years old, I’ll pass.

does anyone know how this version is different than the X9 Ultimate on amazon for $48? I mean they’re owned by amazon, so it’s unlikely they don’t have access to the same pricing, so i figure there must be something different.
Also, does this version still have the landing page that causes adware popups?

“Ultimate” will usually include other programs or scripts. Not sure what X9 had but 2018 had Particle Shop, Painter 5, AfterShot and other stuff I can’t recall.

Serial Number was invalid, had to get a refund.

To be fair, $20 is something like one fourth the original price. I am extremely familiar with this program, having used it in many iterations since it was first developed by JASC back in the 1990’s. Corel has wisely kept the user interface and core functions consistent through the years and updates. Their marketing strategy is to issue a new version every year. Honestly, the difference from year to year is sometimes very small. I own this version (X9) and also the 2018 version. The functionalities are minimally different between the two, but I think Corel made some improvements “under the hood”. X9 is slower than the 2018 or 2019 versions. It will do almost all of the same photo editing functions, and it includes an organizer/browser that works pretty well. If you want an easy to learn and use photo editor and don’t mind that it’s the 2017 version, $20 is a good deal for this software.

If anyone else has this issue, Woot customer service can contact the vendor for a new code.

The package arrived at Fedex and made it to CA but seems to have gotten sidetracked somewhere.

Have you contacted FedEx? If they can’t find it, please use the Woot Customer Service form for assistance.

This is the last time I order ANYTHING from this site. I ordered this on Sept 17th. Still not here. I checked the tracking and it’s still sitting in Chicago with not even an estimated delivery date. Woots estimated delivery date was yesterday.WTH. I’ll just be getting a refund and never ordering again. I’m contacting BBB and Amazon which I’ve been a PAID member for the last 5 years and I order from there on a regular basis. You “LOST” my last order I placed for the cat tree. What this one was sent back too? Piss poor. This site is all about getting orders and SHIPPING IN A TIMELY MANNER not losing orders constantly.

Contacted Fed ex, guess what they lost this shipment too. Your site is responsible for who you choose to ship with. Suggest you get another shipper. UPS? USPS is faster try them.

Well one thing I can say is at least they don’t take 3 weeks to refund your money. 2 orders thats been lost for me. Bad thing is I’ve only ordered 2 times. LMAO

I also had to get a refund, as my Corel purchase here never showed up.
