Beware. I ordered this set a few months ago. One of the pans arrived broken into many pieces. I reported it to Woot! multiple times but never received a reply or replacement. You will be ignored if you have a problem.
Whoa! That’s not good at all! Can you please send me your order # to my private messages? I will contact customer service and figure out what went wrong.
Update: Checked with CS. They answered both your emails and sent you a return authorization and label to return them. Make sure you always check your spam folders.
