The code, included in your “Welcome Back” e-mail, does not work! It offers a free $15 shirt but when the code is entered it states"Coupon code not found". The code is supposed to be valid through September 30th. That’s one heck of a “welcome back”!

Hello. Please allow 48-72 hours for Woot! customer service to respond. It can be longer during peak periods.
Be sure to check spam/junk folders.
Note that Woot! Customer Service replies to the email address on your Woot! account not your Amazon email if used/different.
Make sure you don’t add any spaces when entering the code and it is case sensitive. Codes are assigned to accounts so make sure you’re logged in with the account that’s linked to the email where you received the coupon.
