Did anyone else order this and only get ONE pack of 12 pieces, rather than THIRTY-SIX packs of 12 pieces?? (Plus one pack of 12 pieces of white chalk…which is not even in the description.) Yeah…I have an email in to customer service. 
Hi there. These came from Amazon inventory. Unfortunately, Unfortunately, multipacks sometimes get broken apart. Doesn’t affect all warehouses so it’s hard to pinpoint the issues on the thousands of products.

Yep, got the same thing, one pack of chalk as advertised, one pack of white chalk.
Glad I wasn’t the only one with an issue! I emailed Customer Service and they refunded my money.
Hey sorry to dig up an old thread, but I contacted support around the time all of us were posting about the issue last week and haven’t heard back (I actually emailed a second time about it a few days later, and a few days prior about an unrelated issue, no response to any of it). IDK if its in your power to poke someone about this or maybe direct me to a way to get further help?
