Great blade and handle. Horrible pocket clip - Cheesy weak steel that bends too easily. This is NOT a lock-back or frame lock. If that is a problem for you then pass. Otherwise it is a really good knife at this price.

I have the non-serrated model.
My opinion? Meh. I liked the way it looked so I picked one up, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

As stated, it’s a non-locking design. Not a huge deal depending on your plans for usage. The deal breaker for me is that it’s very difficult to open one handed. The steel is also sub-par and does not hold an edge very well.
