Recreational does not = toy! However, while a boat may certainly be by design purely recreational, it of course may be deadly. But what is more deadly and a menace to society is those m-o-r-o-n-s that keep spewing out remarks about devices they have no personal knowledge about whatsoever. Stupidity is always a recipe for deadly. And when those in that group lecture to the ignorant, some of those may blindly follow and that is what makes them so deadly. OK, a chainsaw is deadly and certainly not a recreational device. Will we even tolerate a conversation about how deadly they are like the one that is going on right now over an air rifle?
