How can the pan measure approximately 11 by 7 inches and the diameter of the muffin hole be 4 inches diameter? Let’s break it down; the diameter of a circle measures the distance across a circle through its center point. Knowing this, there is NO WAY that two 4 inch diameter muffin holes could be aligned two across and fit within a 7 inch space! Don’t get me started on the length! 
Any chance you meant circumference, the distance around the edge of a circle?
