We have one of these that we use nearly weekly (in fact, it occupies a spot on the stove even when it’s not in use, primarily because it’s so heavy, but also because we use it so much). The comment in the write-up about seasoning this cast iron cookware is misleading, as there is no need to season enamel-interior cast iron cookware.
Our Cuisinart DO replaced a Le Cruset DO we had for 15 years, and it has held up admirably. This is a decent deal.
