I’ve had my 7-Qt. Cuisinart for 12+ years, during which I’ve used it a few times per week to make “no-knead” bread, soups, stews and chili. With the exception of some very minor interior staining it looks and performs as well as the day I bought it! At that time I contemplated getting a Le Creuset however I can’t imagine it would’ve served me any better than my Cuisinart has. It’s been one of my best buys!
