Bought one a little while back because the cheap junk I had bought at the W in a pinch was flaking it’s finish into my food. Now I have baked a large amount of stew (lots of liquid, no stuff to stick) in the beautiful new Cuisinart Roaster and after washing it I have noticed that it has little chips of the finish missing already. After just one use, it made me think this might be a knock off. Or Cuisinart is secretly trying to get rid of at at bottom prices, because they know it sucks. The knife that came with it is really nice and the roaster is huge.
