We’re only on our second one because it didn’t survive repeated drops on a tile floor Contrary to other commenters, ours gets plenty hot and has made numerous burgers, steaks, chicken, fish, pancakes, grilled cheese sandwiches, and waffles; I picked the waffle plates up on eBay for much less than retail.

Bought this off amazon (new) to replace my Hamilton Beach grill that I bought off woot (accidentally left it in a shared kitchen and roommates destroyed the Teflon grates). Anyway this one is much better than the Hamilton Beach.

If you don’t have an electric grill, get one. You’ll end up using it for EVERYTHING.

We just got one a few weeks back from Woot. Just got back from a weeklong camping trip during which it performed admirably with many food types. Pretty easy to clean even at a campsite. Would recommend.
