Cuisinart Non-stick Grilling Platter

400 degree limit seems unreasonable for anything on the grill. I think nonstick coating with direct heat grilling is just not worth the trouble of trying to maintain a somewhat low grilling temperature.

I appreciate that they put that in the specs though, I’ve been looking at these nonstick grill items and wondering if they’re made of Teflon and subject to the same limitations.
