For the record, have one of these (non refurbed) and have to say they are aces if you make pasta sauce for little ones, gravy, or have a serious love on for whipped potatoes.

I’ve had one of these for about a year and I love it. Cleans up easy.

I use this almost daily. great for protein shakes and mixes. It’s so easy to clean my blender never gets used.

For those that purchased, the negative reviews seem to stem from a problem with the gears being made of plastic and “stripping”. It may be worth examining the parts when you receive the blenders.
