Once upon a time at work (before I retired) they would give me devices to test for use with the company’s software. They brought me a “Leap Motion Controller” which allows you to control your pointer with hand gestures. You can still get them (Amazon has them…what a surprise…). I also have this gizmo that projects a keyboard on your desk surface using an LED beam. You can type by tapping the projected keycap map on the desk. Fun! You can get them for around $25. So, there I am waving my hands around in the air and typing on a keyboard made of light. Wheeee!!!

I’m currently using my phone so I switch between my finger & stylus. The stylus leaves no fingerprints.
On my laptop it’s the finger.

Mac computers have a track pad. And is similar to how you perform tasks on an iPhone.
I guess apple may make a compatible mouse, but I don’t know a Mac user who has one.
