Customer Service Frustration

Please save me ThunderThighs. I have been trying to return a refurbished Shark Robot and keep getting canned responses that my email address does not match the one on file. I ordered with my Amazon Prime account information and provided verification that my Amazon Prime account is indeed associated with the email address that I am sending from. My longtime relationship and love of woot is at risk over $100, truly about to lose my mind.

Hi there. For customer security/authentication, we do require that you contact us from the email address on your WOOT! account. Are you able to email from that account or change that email address to a correct one?

Using the Customer Service form is another method of authentication.

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Thank you! Since I was ordering with my Amazon Prime account, I thought that email address would be the email of record. Didn’t realize there was a separate email within my woot account that was needed.

Yeah, our CS tool is still attached to Woot’s administrative side. Let me know if this doesn’t work.
