I have sent 3 messages after waiting longer than 24 hours between them and have not received a reply. The brand new pixelbook does not turn on. My order # is XXXXXXXX. Please help!

I sent the first message over a week ago and I’m supposed to get an answer in 24 hours! It would also be nice if I get a copy of my message sent to my email, so I have a confirmation with a time stamp. Otherwise, I can infer that the system is not working and that I have to send another message. Put yourself in my shoes to understand how that makes sense.
I can pass this on as a feedback suggestion.
Be sure to check spam/junk folders. If you use an email client like Outlook, try logging into email directly from a browser because there’s another junk folder there. Note that Woot! Customer Service replies to the email address on your Woot! account not your Amazon email if used/different.
You’d be surprised at how often this happens. Woot emails can get randomly filtered into spam, even when most of the time they don’t.

Hi, I use Gmail and have dealt with woot customer support in many occasions and this is the first time I have not received a response. More than 24 hours have passed yet again! Could you please help escalate this issue and have somebody contact me ASAP? Thanks!

And responses can take 24-48 hours, especially depending on the queue length.
