Customer service issue pls help [resolved]

I have tried emailing support and was told how to change my email address but I can’t because I don’t have the old woot password and my email is not correct- I no longer have access to it. Pretty sure I mentioned that when I emailed support but :woman_shrugging:. I have been logging on with Amazon for ages, logged in with Amazon when I made my last purchase which is my main issue in that it’s throwing out sparks on the new dedicated circuit that I paid 1k to get installed, just for it. So really that’s my main issue but apparently the email address being wrong needs to be addressed before my fire hazard of an ac is discussed :slight_smile: my Amazon email is the correct one, the woot email is the incorrect one. What do I need to do?
