I’ve been trying to get a hold of customer service for about 2 weeks now. I have reached out to them via email about an issue and I provided all the required information they needed to request an email address update that is no longer accessible as listed on their “help guide” from the Woot website.
I’m having a problem where I am unable to change my email address through “My Account Settings”. I use my Amazon login and I want to update the email in my Woot account to the same email as I no longer have access to this old email address
I’ve tried to reach out to them so many times before posting here; I tried different computers and web browsers, to try and change it, but it always resulted in the same error “incorrect password.” Yet, it’s the same password I use to log in; I can’t even change my password if I want to, as I get the same error. I contacted customer service a few times now but had no luck in getting in touch with them for help.
I still have not received any update from them including the question regarding my order and I want to get a refund for the item I never received.
I feel like I’m being left with no options at this point and if I receive no response by tomorrow, Friday. I will have no choice but to get my CC company involved because no one should wait over a week for an update on a time-sensitive matter.
As an FYI here is the information I provided on all the emails I sent. I even included screenshots of the issue: Subject: Help update incorrect email address and order status
Woot username: the name you see when I log in
Full Name: the name on my account
Old email address: this is the email address I need to change
New email address: this is the email address I now use
Billing Address: billing address with zip code

## Getting help updating your email address on your Woot! account
So your email address on your Woot! account is an email address you haven’t used in over five years and you don’t remember the password. What ya gonna do? You’re going to contact Woot! Customer Service!
Changes to your email address require an in-person call. If the phones are active through the Customer Service support form, you can use that.
If not, please reach out to support@woot.com and let them know you need to update your email address. Give them the old & new emails. They will respond asking you for times/dates for a phone call because they have to do it in person for security.
I’m following up if there are any updates regarding the help I’m requesting. As i stated in my first post, I plan to to report and to get my credit card company involved regarding my order at the end of the day if I don’t hear back today. My issue is not just about an email problem, it affects me not getting notifications on the status of my order and not receiving any response from Customer Service after several attempts for two weeks is very concerning.
