Customer service no help for apparel return.

I’ve been trying to return two apparel orders placed within the last 30 days because they don’t fit. I try to do self-service returns to get a return label and the system tells me that the items are not eligible for return, which is contrary to the FAQ. I’ve been reaching out to customer service for the last week and getting canned responses that are not helpful despite being very clear that I’m trying to get a return label.

What can I do?

Each time you email support, you get put at the end of the queue. Just wait and check your junk mail for the email account associated with your woot account.

Hi there. Sorry for the frustration. I won’t be able to check with CS until Monday.

As noted above, check your spam & junk folders. We end up there a lot.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
