Anyone actually able to get in touch with anyone about issues? It is not edgy and cute when you can’t get resolution because there’s no phone number and emails go unanswered…is the BBB the only option I have here?
Hi there. You can talk to someone via phone during weekday work hours, I believe. It can be a bit wonky and they are working on upgrading it.
As for email, here are a couple of things to try if you haven’t received a response – please check your spam/junk folder to make sure emails from Woot aren’t getting caught in there. It happens pretty often.
Also, make sure you’re checking the email address associated with your Woot account, not your Amazon account (if different). Again, this happens so it’s something to double-check.
It can take 24-48 hours for Woot’s Customer Service to reply. If you send multiple support requests, they may be flagged as duplicates and slow down the process. They had some severe weather recently and it has caused a bit of a backlog. Please have patience. Thank you.

Any idea of the phone number… All I can find of their email.
There isn’t a direct number. There’s a button in the Customer Service area that will show up when the phone lines are active.
When I see complaints about customer service, I am surprised.
I have recieved responses on any question/problem I had.
Give them a break!

Same… When I notice the complaints it’s usually from people who expect an immediate response. If you’re patient they’ll help. Woot! customer service has always taken care of me. You just gotta be patient.
