Customer service? [resolved]

Hello Woot

Y’all used to be cool.

I received the wrong sunglasses for an order, thats fine, things happen. I contacted your CS and and they offered to send me a return label to send them back. Now I have this CS Rep, Nishita, who has decided that she cannot send me a label because the email I am using to communicate does not match the email my account is associated with. So yesterday, I changed my email in woot to match, today, same response from Nishita. Your customer service used to be so much better before the jungle company bought you. You don’t even post the woot off theme anymore. You are corporate now.

So, what gives? Is asking for a return such a fraud risk that you need to deny it on the basis of an email address? I am not asking you to mail me cash or a check, just a refund to the original payment method.

Help me out here, because if y’all cant figure out how to ship the right item, and are a pain in the butt to do a return with, why should I do any business with you at all?

These don’t have a battery, did you try the self return method?

They do post the Woot-Off theme on the main Clearance/Woot-Off page whenever there’s a Woot-Off. I stop and listen to it whenever I see it.

If what Pepper posted above doesn’t help, maybe @lioncow or @notmatty can assist.
