I am trying to reach customer service as the order i have received only had one piece and the rest of the items in the box looks to be Garbage. Like empty ice cream boxes and some weird material. It was an office chair list as (new) and the only thing i got was the bottom part, nothing else. I submitted to the woot customer support page but no response. Strange i have order from them many times never anything like this. Literally looks like garbage.
Hi there. Woot Customer Service typically takes 24-48 hours to respond. They’ll reply to the email listed on your Woot account and not the one on your Amazon Prime account (if it’s different). If it’s been longer than 48 hours you could ask @ThunderThighs if she can find any additional information. I tagged her so she’ll see this.

I did. Customer Service was helpful. However I am still puzzled by a few things.
- Why was garbage shipped to my house? Literally the box was filled with someone’s spare boxes and trash
- I understand that there was an error with my order but at the time i made the purchase the item was available on woot. Now i cannot get that item?
I have order alot of items from Woot but this has really turned me off
Not sure what happened either. It shipped out of Amazon from flipped inventory from them to us. Not sure if someone grabbed the wrong box or what. I just looked at inventory and there are no remaining units for this SKU. I’m sorry.
