Customer support won't respond to me [resolved]

I have repeatedly tried to reach customer service about returns and have gotten no replies. I have checked every folder in my inbox and see nothing from woot support referencing my returns. One item it passed the return window during my several attempts to reach customer service, and I’m having the exact same issue again.

If I don’t get a reply, I’m going to have to contest the charges with my credit card company since the complete lack of acknowledgement from Woot is absolutely ridiculous.

Hi there. CS responded with a return label on March 6 and April 17. The labels will be an email from UPS. Make sure you check junk and spam folders,

If no luck, reach back out to CS and give them another email to use,
