For those that havecompleted an email request to Woot Customer service regarding an issue with a received product, is there a confirmation email sent that the online form worked? Its been 24 hours and I have not heard anything.
The call Woot open appears to be unavailable as well.
Is this normal? I read to wait 48 hours but in our microwave society, I would love to grt an answer…
They don’t send confirmation emails and 24-48 hours is the typical wait time for a response. Phones are available only when staff are available to answer them.
