It’s based on the trim color. For example:
If you look at the photos, camo trim is all black. The two tie-dye give you two black and two white trims.

Confirmed half/half for the tie dye. Camo is all black.

The camo color comes with black trim only.
The classic tie dye pack comes with both trims, half the pack has the tie dye with the white trim and half the pack comes with the black trim.
The ocean tie dye pack comes with both trims, half the pack has the tie dye with the white trim and half the pack comes with the black trim.
