What’s the tang length on the the Zwilling J. A. Henckels Pure knives?
Full even though hidden? Half?

Yes, it’s sold out. It would still be good to know (since the whole “Pure” product line should be similar).

Serious question. I have a cheap Farberware [China] Santoko style knife that I use all the time. If I get the $36 one from here, how much TLC do I have to give it? I just want to use a knife, I don’t want to adopt it.
