I thought VA was Volts*Amps=Watts… How are they different values?

Looks like an amazing product for the price!

Watts are active power. VA is apparent power (VA = Vrms Arms)

I tend to prefer CyberPower over APC UPS because CyberPower uses a standard USB connector while APC uses a proprietary connector that costs $28.

are the batteries new/when were the batteries made?

better then buying a used one I suppose
but only has a 1 year warranty
and the USB charge is not 3 amp

This is not a true sine wave UPS and may not work with some electronic products such as newer computers. Also a modified sine wave may not be recommended for televisions and audio equipment.

You read my mind! Thanks for the info… Now, get outta my head!

^^^^ THIS

Found same thing on EBay. Also reconditioned with 1 year warranty, 30 day return but free shipping and no tax…about $13 savings over Woot

Have a number of similar ones by CyberPower with a non-recessed power button. No problems except mine is kept on the floor and I had to tape something over the button as more than once I kicked it and turned everything off.

Are the batteries replaced as part of the reconditioning process?

If that wasn’t spelled out in the description or specifications then I would assume no.
