Is this a line interactive UPS with an autotransformer?
Did the refurbishment process include replacement of the battery contained in these UPS units? Depending on how long a unit has been in use before going back for refurbishment the backup power may be a lot less than if it were new.
One other question: Since these units are refurbished, do they still include the “Connected Equipment Guarantee”?
Per the vendor, all batteries are replaced.
Yes,the do qualify for the “Connected Equipment Guarantee”.
Let me try this again. The description has “Line Interactive Topology
Exists when a line interactive UPS has an autotransformer that regulates low voltages (e.g., brownouts) and over voltages (e.g., spikes) without having to switch to battery.”
That is not very clear. Sounds like a conditional statement and different than the Automatic Voltage Regulation. Is Line Interactive Topology the same or different than AVR?
We need to ensure that pure sine wave output is the default delivery when there are voltage fluctuations as opposed to filling in with PWM battery sine approximation.
This ups is not a pure sine wave ups. It notes in the summary an approximated sine wave
