FYI, you can get a similar one new at Costco for $5 less. Plus an extra year of warranty.
I own one just like it, it’s protected tv and computer well. The ethernet port does drop my long 80 foot Ethernet run, but helped save from lightening surges. I replaced the battery one time after 6 years. I also have an efficient lamp plugged in so when power is out there is light. I believe it will run more than 45min with just the lamp which is unusual.
The 425va model is good, but it seemed to beep a lot, where this one seem to run a long time fairly quiet.
I would highly recommend this company over apc or any other I’ve seen. I’m glad they are refurbing these and keeping them working. This comes with a 3 year warranty and I checked around Costco, if you have a membership has a similar model with $30 manufacture instant rebate, normally similar to new price listed here, so similar in price, for a model with similar specs. I would still consider getting this one, as Im not sure how long usb charging could last on other one.
