I thought this was a cheese CLOCK! Too bad bthat would be cool.
Good god this looks amazing.
It is.
augh! what does it taste like… what can I use it for… what recipes can it be used in??? This description is woefully lacking! INFO PLEASE!
seems like here in NYC and on the web, it sells for $30/lb so this would be a good deal. As well, it is claimed to be vegetarian. Now if only they could make it cholesterol friendly…
Does it taste like brie?
From their site:
The classic flavor of truffle meets the velvety perfection of ripened goat milk cheese. Earthy, elegant, and sophisticated, it’s sure to make even the most distinguished taste buds shake!
Serving Suggestions
•For a luxurious appetizer, enjoy a slice of Truffle Tremor with nothing but a dry white wine. May we recommend Pinot Grigio or Albariño?
•A twist on an old classic: add an ounce per serving to your favorite polenta or risotto recipe. Pair with a glass of Dolcetto and imagine yourself in the hills of Northern Italy.
•Looking for a deliciously earthy dish? Place a thin layer of Truffle Tremor over mashed potatoes and parsnips. Enjoy!
Am I missing something? How big is a wedge in actual measurements?
One of the best damn things you can put in your mouth.
Anything - room temp off a knife, on apples, melted in a sauce, chunked in a salad, on bread, on melons, on pizza, on cured meats, on figs, did I mention off a knife already?
Not even a little bit. Brie:Cypress Grove Truffle Tremor as Kool Aid:Napa Cab.
I dug this up at the web site…so…it’s Truffle flavored goats milk cheese

General Handling Procedures
To maintain original condition: keep cheese cold (33°–35°F) and wrapped in waxed paper. Never use plastic wrap—cheeses need to breathe.
To speed ripening: place in a warmer part of refrigerator and increase humidity.
To serve: Remove from the refrigerator only the portion you plan to serve, and bring to room temperature. Rewrap in waxed paper.

I know it says two day shipping but does anyeone know how it’s shipped? Who the carrier is and if it’s shipped in dry ice etc? I’m actually from Canada and have to hop the border to retrieve the cheese.
and thanks to all the others who dug this up.
Now… can it be frozen???
Cypress Grove has turned into one of my must buys, along with Pedroncelli, Wellington, Sparklers (ok, I didn’t buy the Mumm offering) and that Brandini Crack Toffee.
Everyone seems to love the Humbolt Fog. I love the Purple Haze. And I’ve been waiting for Truffle Tremor to show up here on a Thursday offer.
Can’t wait to try it.
As a young person (mid twenties) looking to get into fancy-pants food like this - what is a good, somewhat simple recipie I could use this in?
Feel free to correct my grammar.
Cut a fig in half, smush in a chunk of the cheese, wrap it in half a slice (cut lengthwise) of prosciutto di parma. Or just eat it with your fingers. It’s fancy pants food even as a stand alone.
will it freeze… er…that is to say… can it be frozen and then used later?
