Longtime D&D player here… These are obsolete by at least a year.
I’ve never “played” D&D, but when I was a kid, I did enjoy creating maps and campaigns and characters and such…
How does a D&D card set go “obsolete?”
Unlike normally, I’m not being an ass. Truly curious…

These are spell cards, which are a quick reference aid for players playing as a wizard, sorcerer or warlock (yes they’re different, just trust me). It’s much easier to look at a small stack or page of cards then to flip through the 100 or so pages of spells in the players handbook. Unfortunately, these are 5th edition, and as of last summer we’re on what most of us call 5.5.
