How tall is the premier cat perch? It says 75" but doesn’t look that tall in the picture.

I bought Preview 1 last time ( which isn’t in the three pics shown at this time – 4 previews, 3pics?) Anyway it is kinda like 3 steps, no curved pieces, tubes. I have a 20 pounder and don’t think she can fit on some of the other creative seating styles. The top seat/level, is a bit small for her.

As far as sturdiness – very sturdy. I purchased several of these and have moved them to various rooms/windows, carried it up and down stairs, and had a BIG cat use it. No tipping issues. It is holding up very well.

It came shipped with no assembly required - all one piece.

I am happy with the construction, just wish the top seat was larger.

Never underestimate what a 20#+ feline can do. I too have a full figured feline that loves to make herself comfortable on the smallest of the “creative seating styles” (in my case a cactus styled seat). I am fortunate to live close to where New Cat Condos are made and have purchased most of the styles New Cat Condos makes. They are well made and very sturdy. The prices at this Woot sales event are excellent.

Bought a basic one on October 28 2014 and it is very nice --HOWEVER, the rope winding around the 45 degree angled scratching post is shredded, the rope material is dangling and bare wood is now showing. Is there any way I can fix this and what quality rope material should I get?

This is not a problem specific to your product. I would like to see a modular design where I could replace the scratching post every 90 days or as needed!

BTW, the cats also enjoyed the box it came in.

I have the largest of the 3 trees cat play station. This tree is VERY sturdy and has held up to very well!!! I have 6 cats aging from 1 - 13 ( two of them are 15 & 17 pounds) and often there are 4 cats bouncing off this tree every which way and after 1 1/2 its held up very well. I will be ordering another one today

This is one of those special sales where you really cannot find it cheaper any where else. Most places do not even come close with some more than double the price. For something like this, that $5 shipping is huge. and from all the other posts it seems like a real quality deal. More things like this and Woot could actually start to be a small force in the market.
